1. Never tell in the hotel that you are a friend of the owner of this restaurant as owners do not have friends in the hotel and hotel is the business for them.
2. The customers should avoid eating food on holidays and Saturday nights as next day there is a Sunday holiday and there is big rush on Sundays so the waiter cannot maintain the high quality of food. They have to produce in huge quantity which is beyond their limit.
3. If you want to get respect then learn first to give respect to others. For Example, talk in good manner with waiters otherwise they will give you late food or contaminated food.
4. Never order the dishes which are not in the menu list. You are forcing to cook that food which is not prepared regularly so it will affected the quality of the food.
5. There are chances to get sick by eating the food of hotel. Many waiters are sick then also they cook food to earn their livelihood and they will not miss $100 . It can happen that you will get sick by eating that food.
6. When customers dissatisfaction decentralize into personal attacks with waiters then the servers will give them contaminate food or drink to take revenge. Some waiters do it if they are insulted or misbehaved by customers.
7. Suddenly never point out the finger to get your attention by waiters as they have scissors in their hands while cooking food in the kitchen and it will cut down sometimes fingers or other things.

If you like any waiter in the hotel than ask the owner to give the sitting table in his or her section and also tell all your friends to ask for that waiter to serve them as the owner will come to know about the importance of that waiter. The server will be thankful to you and also take good care.
12. Never come before 15 minutes of closing the hotel. The cooks have to prepare food at that time and they are very tired so they will prepare food under the heat lamp. It will affect the quality of the food.
13. It is the duty of customers to examine the bill as sometimes large parties are unaware that an extra charge is added to the bill by mistake. Waiters sometimes find out this error. It is dishonest or wrong thing if you know that there is an error in the bill and you did not tell it.
