The Chinese Government has Repeatedly denied earlier allegations that sponsors Cyber-attacks.

China's Cyber spy Attack A Cyber spy Network based primarily in China have taken advantage of classified documents from Government and private Organizations in 103 countries, including computers to the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan refugees, Canadian researchers said on 28th March.

The University of Toronto's Munk Center for International Studies was asked to investigate the origin of "Malware" was spying on the computers in the office of the Dalai Lama. The Software infected more than 1200 Computers, almost 30%, which were considered high value targets, according to a report published Yesterday by the Information Warfare Monitor, a Toronto-based organization.

British intelligence service MI5 warned British companies of Chinese hackers. Intelligence chiefs have warned that Gordon Brown Government on the possibility of China launching a cyber-attack on the British Telecom system.

While BT has taken steps to reduce the risk of attacks from hackers or organized crime that the government believed that the limiting measures are not effective against deliberate attack from China. IT security firm Sophos reports that 30% of malware is "Made in China". Trojan horses are designed to rob credentials against everything including e-mail and games.

The IWM is composed of Researchers from the Ottawa-based think tank SecDev Group and University of Toronto's Munk Center for International Studies.
