Pearls are produced in pearl farm. It is closed area in sea or lake. As in other farming there are lots of oysters are used as seed of pearl. a good quality of pearl can take 2 to 5 years to develope.
It is natural system of sea creature oyster. They are just like a sea shell creature. The inner part is very smooth and sensitive. If any other material are inserted, natural calcium are coated aroud it as a body's rejecting foreing materials.
There is not a exact amount of how much pearl will be developed.
It depends on weather, skill and many factors.
Pearls colors: gold, cream , pink, yello, black, silver.
Fresh water pearls are generally from 3 to 7 mm, while sea pearl are bigger an range from 6 to 9 mm.
There also round, oval, drop shape and other irregular shapes are common in pearls.
