Kishore Kumar was an Indian film playback singer and comedian. He has also achieved remarkable success as a lyricist, composer, producer, director, screenplay writer and screenwriter.

Kishore Kumar has sung in several Indian languages, including Hindi, Bengali , Marathi, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Malayalam and Oriya. Also, Mohammed Rafi, Mukesh and he is one of the three leading male playback singer for Bollywood decade from 1950 to mid 1980. He holds that record for the highest number of male playback singer, won the award for best film.

On the top of his singing career in the world of music when tragedy struck October 1987. He died of a heart attack on a large scale. This time he is talented and his son Amit Kumar's ruling was in the Bollywood playback singing and Bengali films. His other son, Sumit Kumar, Leena Chandavarkar was only a child.

when i listen song of kishore da first time i began to cry den i really feel he was the king of music and his name will be taken first in singers forever.his song touch my heart. i request all those people who never heard song of kishore da to listen atlest one time and try to understnd wat he was trying to say den surely u wiil like his song.
