American General Life offers eServices to its customers including address changes, beneficiary changes, loan requests, and online payments options for some of policies. Customers of “Variable Universal Life product” are also able to change their premium allocations and make transfer between funds. eService is available for those customers who own life insurance policies and certain annuity contracts issued by American General Life Insurance Company.

Policy information is updated from Monday to Friday. But sometimes due to events outsides of their control may delay the update time. You can easily access eservices, just you have to register yourself for eservices and then login in your account. You can choose your login ID and Password which must be a minimum of 8 characters, and a maximum of 12 characters. And, your password must include at least two letters and one number. The password must start and end with a letter.

First, you have to visit the website www.aigag.com and press on the Customer service - eService option given under Log Ins section. Open the new page and click on “Create Profile” button. After that, you have to enter some information like Policy/ contract number, Policy owner’s last name, Insured’s birth date. Afterwards, enter location and contract information like policy owner’s zip code, policy owner’s email address, and retype policy owner’s email address. Then, click on “Next” button and follow the instructions.

For login, just you have to enter Sign-In ID and Password given by company after registration. Then, click on the “Sign In” button.
