I am so frustrated, my acct number on my statement is not the AMEX card number. How am I suppose to pay this bill. I paid it electronically thru my bank's epay, now I am having problems getting thru on your phone tree. The balance has already cleared my bank, so I hope and pray that it got credited to the correct acct. You need to fix your Macy's statement to agree with the credit card number and fix the phone system so we can speak to a representative. PLEASE

Macy's and Amex get your act together. trying to pay my bill on line and can't. your operators at your 800 number have no idea either. we should not be charged late fee's becuase your system does not work.
