58th Miss World Final will be held at Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg as two-hour show, at 1500 GMT on December 13, 2008. This year event will focus more on talents like songs, dances and music. Live telecast will be broadcasted in 180 countries with estimated one billion viewers. Johannesburg's Authority is trying to promote the city as a tourist spot.

Miss world organization uses winner for charity fund rising activities for every year. Last year miss china Zhang Zi Lin raised over 30 million dollars in her year. Miss Barbados, Miss Mexico, Miss Russia and Miss Iceland, Miss Lithuania, Miss Costa Rica, Miss Chile are said to be hot as winner.
