Obama & Hugo Chavez Hands Shake At Summit of the America

The president of America, Bracak Obama and Venezuela's socialist leader, Hugo Chavez met Friday on the sidelines of a summit of their hemisphere's democracies 17th April 2009. Chavez has been a harsh critic of U.S. during President George W. Bush 's was employed.
