A man with four arms and three legs, It is true and known as Octopus man. Rudy Santos is 55year old man from Bacolad City, Philippines. He has a very rare dieses “parasitic twin” in medical science. He is Displayed as Octopus man in circus and carnivals. He has 11 brothers and sisters in his family.
Government and other organization now wants to help him in medical inspection and to find out possibility of surgery. Actually this condition exist from merging body of twins in the womb.
