Robbie Maddison Jumped from Tower Bridge in London
Robbie Maddison gave surprise to everyone by his performance of a backflip over Tower Bridge at 2:55am on July 13, 2009 in London, England. The 27-year-old Motocross star Robbie Maddison took to the air at 2.55am with performed a no-handed backflip as he jumped the gap between the north and south side of the historic London.
Robbie Maddison become the first rider in history to take on Tower Bridge on a motorbike in the early hours of Monday morning on 13th July 2009, LONDON. He said that every moment was awesome and great feelings to fly between the two towers. 
Maddison took off from the north side of the bridge with an approach speed of about 40 mph and performed a no-handed backflip. His aimed to landing in front of the south tower of one of the World’s most famous sights. And as usual he did it very easy.
Robbie said that People say he is mad, but he just wants to push the boundaries of his sport and his body to the limit and he love taking on these huge challenges.
On August 22 as part of the Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour 2009, he will also perform at Battersea power station.
