Sean Penn have been nominated in the Best actor category at the Oscars for "Milk". Sean Penn won the best actor award in the Oscar on Sunday for his portrayal of a trailblazing gay politician in the biopic "Milk".
Sean Penn was the 48 year old's and he won his second best actor Academy Award following his win for 2003 drama "Mystic River". The Best actor other nominees are Mickey Rourke for "The Wrestler," Richard Jenkins for "The Visitor," Frank Langella for "Frost, Nixon" and Brad Pitt for "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."
