Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival

Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival attract visitors from all over Southern California because there they can dance with music, laugh with clowns, fly with balloons, and enjoy camp at a beautiful Lake Skinner. The festival was introduced by Walt Darren who is a commercial airline pilot in 1983.

Every year almost 50 colorful balloons launch from the grassy fields of Lake Skinner Regional Park and you can enjoy yourselves to fly 100 feet above from festival crowd.The Crowd surrounding the main launch field waits patiently for the night sky. The Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival is the only ballooning event known as "dancing balloons".

You can also enjoying shopping as there where many antique shops, on-line shopping mall, wineries and a full service mall. There is Certified Farmer's Market where you find something for everyone like fruits, vegetables, plants, avocados,  flowers, olives, cheeses, kettle corn, tamales, handmade soaps, lotions, natural pet foods, farm fresh eggs, hats, pottery, local artists displaying their work, musicians entertaining the crowds and much more. It’s a stress free and enjoyable experience for every visitor.
