Schapelle Leigh Corby is an Australian woman convicted and imprisoned in Indonesia for drug smuggling. In 2005, Schapelle Corby was sentenced to an unprecedented 20 years in an Indonesian prison cell, for importation of marijuana, after one of the most controversial issues in modern times. Now this time, she maintains her innocence, with observers, humanitarian and human rights groups urge her release.
The nine Network in Australia made a documentary movie about Schapelle Corby. The film has been given the name Schapelle Corby. Later renamed Ganja Queen. The Ganja Queen was release in North and South America on HBO 5th March,2009. Currently she was in Kerobokan Prison.
Photos of people demonstrate by holding "Free Schapelle" maps in cities across North America, Europe, Australia and even the Middle East, was presented to the UN representatives and officials. Performing the delivery was Tara Hac and the indie pop artist Saya Tidak Bersalah has become a global anthem of support.
