I was very displeased with the lack of service I got from alicia she seemed to be bothered when I asked for her help in the home department. I went in to the Riverside KMart store on Limonite Avenue (#7175) and was really impressed with Stacia Ramirez. She went out of her way to help me try and find an item. She went back to the stock room to see if some new items had come in and had not been put out yet. (windbreaker) It is really rare these days that you get service like this because most other stores you have to go and try and find someone and when you do, they do not go out of their way to help you find something. They actually act like you are bothering them. Stacia Ramirez deserves a 5 Star + for her service. I sure hope this comment gets to where it has to go because your website is very confusing to try and post something on it. Why don't you make it simpler?

Sunday afternoon i encountered an associate by the name of kahila at the thomasville store. Im not a native of North Carolina, i am just in town visiting but the customer service I received in this kmart store made me want to visit the store in my location she was very patient and at the end of our experience she told me to have a great night. i went into the west saint paul store today and the manager on duty Barb was very helpful and the check out cashier was as well i always in enjoy going into this store the employees are always helpful and friendly. And when you get that kind of customer service,it makes you want to go back again. Also the store is always clean and well organized i never have a hard time finding what i need.
