The hall ticket can not be got online nor can your application status be verified on site. You will have to wait for the copy sent by post. In case it has not reached contact the nearest office. BSNL has rejected quite a few applications where proper information was not provided or certain enclosures have been missing. If your application has not been recieced after being accepted, a duplicate can be obtained from the offices mentioned in the below link

Hi Sir,
I hereby very much dissaponited to inform you that I have applied to the BSNL JTO 2009 exam with Guwahati as exam centre. To my great surprise the BSNL office did not even bother to inform me through an acknowledgement card that I have not attached an additional photograph along with the application. All of my friends have who have done the same mistake are being intimidated about the fact and they were also asked to submit the photograph. By this time, all of them have got their admit card and ready for the exam. But for me Alone, there was no acknowledgement card, only few days back , I have received a letter from BSNL office, Assam, stating my cancelation of candidature due to the unavailability of the additional photograph. Now I am completely lost and dont know how to proceed.
Sir, I sincerely want to know why this kind of Discrimination is allowed to take place, not just for me but with all of us who is being let to suffer with this kind of irresponsible behaviour of a so called Govt of India under taking organization like BSNL. Sir, please let me know if there is anything I still can do to get my admit card and appear for the exam on schedule.
