Rajiv Gandhi Technical University (RGPV) also known as State Technological University of Madhya Pradesh is an Indian multi-campus affiliating university in Madhya Pradesh. Rajiv Gandhi Technical University was established by the Government of Madhya Pradesh vide Act No. 13 of 1998.
The University is known for its extensive technical range of courses and claims to be one of India's best universities. University Institute of Technology, was created by the Government Engineering College in 1986 to university. The University is currently functioning from the Faculty Block at the newly-developed campus in Bhopal Engineering College on the outskirts of Bhopal city.

THE WAY RGPV CONDUCTS THE PAPERS IS NOT FINE , THE PAPERS QUESTION SHOULD CONTAINS QUESTION OF MARKS LIKE TWO MARKS SHORT QUESTION , FOUR MARKS QUESTION AND SIX MARKS QUESTION , BUT U PEOPLE DELIVERED QUESTION OF 14 MARKS ,SECONDLY THE RESULT PROCESS IS TOO SLOW TILL DATE THE RESULT OF FIRST YEAR BE 2009 RESULT IS NOT ANNOUNCED .I THINK ALL YOU ARE DOING JOKE WITH THE FUTURE OF STUDENTS , IF U R NOT CAPABLE TO RUN THIS UNIVERITY THAN WHY DONT U GUYS QUIET
