Dabangg (Dabang) movie is set in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Salman Khan plays a character with negative shades in the film. He plays role of a corrupt police officer as Chulbul Pandey, also known as Robinhood Pandey. The film tries to highlight the flaws and loopholes in the system.

The film will primarily deal with the unlawful practices in the states of UP and Bihar and the involvement of police in it.

FNL will always be about high school football, and that comes with certain traps — namely that characters need to graduate and move on. Ravan movie is written and directed by Mani Ratnam. This movie is a present day edition of the Indian epic Ramayana which tells the story of Rama, whose wife Sita is kidnapped by the king of Lanka, Ravana. Previously, the film Thalapathi was directed by Mani Ratnam which bore close resemblance to the Mahabharata. Some sources from the shooting set have deprived of the movie being based on Ramayana as said by The Hindu. The movie will be released on 18th June in cinemas but the audio of the movie will be release on 24th April 2010.

The official cast of "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" has finally been unraveled.Through a press release posted on Wednesday 15th of April, Summit Entertainment announced ending Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner as "Twilight" successor new cast members in addition to providing a confirmation of the previously announced members.

Unnai Pol Oruvan ( Someone Like You ) is a next coming bilingual Indian film starring with Kamal Hasan, well known hero of south and directed by Chakri Toleti, US based film maker and Kamal's close friend. The music is given by Shruthi Hassan, the elder daughter of Kamal Hassan. The film was early named as " Thalaivan Irukiran " in Tamil language.

This film is the remake of Hindi Bollywood film "A Wednesday " presenting Kamal and Mohanlal in a lead role. This film is produced by Kamal’s Raj Kamal Films in association with UTV. The film will begin filming in March 2009 and is expected to be released by the end of the year.
