American Idol Season 8 Top 7 Revealed and Scott MacIntyre eliminated in American Idol 8

American Idol Season 8 Top 7 Contestant is Revealed on 8 th April 2009. Scott MacIntyre was eliminated in Season 8. After a nationwide vote, Scott MacIntyre became the sixth finalist eliminated on “American Idol.”

The Last night Theme was " Year Of their Birth". Frankie Avalon comes out to sing "Venus," which is from Simon's birth year of 1959. The Group sing a song of "Can't Get You Out of My Head."

In Result Time The Host of American Idol Said  Adam Lambert, Kris Allen, Allison Iraheta, Danny Gokey and Matt Giraud are all asked to stand because they are safe. And  Scott MacIntyre, Lil Rounds, Anoop was Bottam three. Simon says there is one person in particular they would "consider" saving. Ryan fakes them out, saying, "That person is Anoop.

The person with the lowest vote total is Scott, so Anoop is safe. Scott sings for his life, redoing last night's performance without any guitar this time. He has fun, but also some really, really rough patches.

The 23-year-old blind piano player from Scottsdale, Arizona received the fewest number of viewer votes Wednesday on the popular singing competition.

Scott is to deliver his rendition of Survivor's "The Search is over", the song he performed that last night. Unfortunately, his execution did not impress the judges into letting him stay in the competition with their “Save” power.
