Rachel Dratch plays the role of Debbie Downer on the popular television show 'Saturday Night Live'. After debuted in 2004 on a sketch, the character Rachel Dratch  became very famous and popular. Lindsay Lohan is the author of this sketch. Here Debbie and her family eat breakfast before heading out to all of the Disneyland attractions.

The character's name is connected to jargoan phrase which refers to someone who persistently adds bad news or negative feelings to a gathering and so the mood of everyone around them is going down and they think negative about the character.
