For the Ashes followers, its good news to announced that, Ashes 2009 is drawing close and the tour for Ashes 2009. And the Ashes 2009 schedule is also broadcasted by The England and Wales Cricket Board, Chief Executive David Collier and Cricket Australia James Sutherland.

Ashes Cup 2009 Team Squad & Fixtures

Australian selectors confirmed the 16-member Australian team for Ashes 2009 test series which kicks off on July 8 in England. But the Andrew Symonds is not featuring in the team, who will be really missed by all teams. Of course the other two players of Australian team, Shane Warne and Adam Gilchrist are already missing.

Despite the fact that England also is in the midway stage. In England team, the 4th master player may be not seen of like Matthew Hoggard, Simon Jones, Steve Harmison, and Andrew Flintoff playing as one for team.

Ryan Sidebottom and Stuart Broad will be continuing the speed dealings. Now we can only expect to see Andrew Flintoff coming after his surgery.
