Erupting volcano Stunning pictures From International Space Station

There are amazing pictures of Nature's powerful force. These amazing images were captured by the crew of the International Space Station 220 miles above a remote Russian island in the North Pacific.These images were capturing the movements of erupted volcano named as Sarychev near Japan from which a cloud of smoke, ash and steam flees five miles into the sky.

The Sarychev peak is one of the most active volcanoes in the Kuril Island chain and it is located on the northwestern end of Matua Island an early stage of eruption on June 12, 2009. The images have several facts that it occurs during the earliest stages of an explosive volcanic eruption so its quiet exciting for volcanologists. For more information click here
