Helpful Reviews of Philips HTS3544:

• I actually have this system. In general it's a good deal. The one caveat I have is that the response to the remote is very slow.
• It also does not behave well if you are using a multi-remote that is sending signals to other devices at the same time.
• Not a bad system for the money. The DVD tray is the only thing I hate about it (Extremely fragile)!! Needs a software update but easy to do with USB.
• Four small speaks have plenty of cable to reach wherever you want to put them.
